We offer store credit only, no monetary refunds.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges only (within 20 days of ship date from our facility). There will be a restock fee deducted of 15% per item. We only accept returns on items that are in new condition (not worn or damaged). All returned items will be inspected; and, you will only receive store credit if the merchandise is in new condition (not worn or damaged).  Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit if you do not adhere to our store policy.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged AND, it will be exchanged for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is not in stock, we will check the availability from our suppliers; and, if it is available, your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. If payment has been received on an out-of-stock item that isn't available, store credit will issued.
